Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse & refine requirements together with our product team.

• Participate in defining big picture architectures and break them down into smaller projects/ MVPs.

• Build scalable backend modules to improve our feature set.

• Take leadership role in team management, interfacing directly with CEO, designer, front-end and backend teams

Skills & Requirements

Your Profile

• You have coded extensively (5+ years) in at least one scripting language (JS/Ruby/Python)

• You designed system architectures based on a python based Web-Framework (Django, Flask)

• You are confident around web-based applications. You feel at home with backend tasks, and are familiar with front-end

• You have worked with an ORM based framework.

• You are extremely collaborative and communicate clearly.

• You have worked in a startup or a startup-like environment

• You have experience with task management for an agile team (SCRUM or similiar)

• You are confident with designing and building modular components on our web platform

• You are comfortable delegating and managing other high-performance team members

Our Tech Stack

• Our backends are based on Django/Python using a PostgresSQL Database

• Font-End is based on Angular4 with GraphQL for the API

• Location preferences, in order:  US, Europe or Israel 

• Pay: $ + %, based on experience & performance

• Work from home OK
