Your Responsibilities

  • Screen new member requests

  • Support existing members requests as needed, going above and beyond what is expected

  • Coordinate with product and executive teams to make sure we are winning on behalf of our members 

Skills & Requirements

Your Profile

  • You have experience in a customer service-related field

  • Highly motivated to make sure people are happy

  • Tech savvy and comfortable with product team

  • Understand the need to think outside of the box and independently when resolving customer inquiries while working within company guidelines

  • You have worked in a startup or a startup-like environment

  • Location preferences, in order: Silicon Valley preferred, US-remote OK

  • Paid after trial period

  • Work from home OK

  • Hours: Full time and part time available
