Customer Success
Your Responsibilities
Screen new member requests
Support existing members requests as needed, going above and beyond what is expected
Coordinate with product and executive teams to make sure we are winning on behalf of our members
Your Profile
You have experience in a customer service-related field
Highly motivated to make sure people are happy
Tech savvy and comfortable with product team
Understand the need to think outside of the box and independently when resolving customer inquiries while working within company guidelines
You have worked in a startup or a startup-like environment
Location preferences, in order: Silicon Valley preferred, US-remote OK
Paid after trial period
Work from home OK
Hours: Full time and part time available
