Experience style and comfort at our beautifully renovated 3 BR home located in the heart of Northern Liberties, one of Philadelphia's most sought-after neighborhoods. Our home is just a stone's throw away from Fishtown, one of the city's most exciting areas, making it the perfect location to explore Philly's vibrant culture.
Our spacious home boasts:
- 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms with comfortable queen beds
- A private backyard patio with seating and lighting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or enjoying a morning cup of coffee
- A washer and dryer on the property, making it convenient for longer stays
- A 5-minute walk to Northern Liberties' 2nd St. and Fishtown's Frankford Ave., where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops
- A 5-minute walk to The Fillmore concert venue, where you can catch live music from some of the hottest artists in the industry
Please note that while we do not have on-site parking, street parking is available in the area. Additionally, our home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 PM.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .
-We provide our parking recommendations as a starting point for those who have not visited the city, but please know that unfortunately we can't guarantee a spot. Please be sure to check all parking signs closely because they change often. This is just a suggestion as we want to make sure we make your trip as easy as possible! Thanks! - Jon and Gabe.
