HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Just a short stroll from beautiful LindaMar Beach, this large private spacious studio is perfect for your next beach getaway. It has a breathtaking unobstructed ocean view which can be seen from anywhere in the unit, including the bathroom and shower. Surfboard rental is included with your stay offering a bonus activity for your trip! There is a huge private deck with a wraparound bench, lounge chairs, and a sunbed for your enjoyment while starring at one of the nicest ocean views in California
The space
The apartment is only a short walk to bars, restaurants, surf shop (which offers wetsuit and board rentals)
We live upstairs on the top two floors. If there is anything you may need please don’t hesitate to ask, otherwise we completely respect your privacy.
There is a small fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave. We also provide you with coffee, tea and water.
You may contact us anytime if you need anything at all.
Things to note:
Please treat our apartment as your own.
-No excessive noise especially after 10:00 pm.
-SURFBOARD RENTAL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE RESEARCH CONDITIONS AND DO NOT ATTEMPT SOMETHING THAT IS BEYOND YOUR COMFORT LEVEL.
-No parties or events of any kind, no loud music, respect the neighbors.
-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the deck.
-Please take your shoes off when inside.
-There are about 20 steps to the apartment which is located on the bottom floor of the house.
-You may access Hulu+ via the Apple TV
Breaking rules will result in an extra charge.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio, which includes a bright open living space, kitchenette, full bathroom, and access to the large ocean-facing deck on the lower level—perfect for soaking up the morning sunrise.
Please note:
The garden area and stairs leading below the deck are off-limits and reserved for private use. We kindly ask guests not to enter that area.
•Your hosts live upstairs and respect your privacy.

Parking:
There are two non-reserved spots in front of the gate. If they’re taken, there’s usually parking available up the street by the empty lot.
Sunset tip:
For sunset views, take a short walk to Shelter Cove—a hidden gem for watching the sun dip into the Pacific on a clear day.
Other things to note
In the late summer and early fall, keep your eyes on the water for humpback whales!
