The space
This is a 2 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathroom single-story house of 1160 sq ft of under A/C living space, in a private and fenced backyard.
The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a good-sized closet and beautiful custom artwork covering an entire wall. The remaining bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and closet as well with fun features such as a child-sized teepee and functioning lava lamp.
A second 1/2 bathroom has a vanity and a toilet is located the near the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area, which includes a small bar, are all open plan. The dining area seats 4. The living room has a flat-screen internet tv with 2 large leather couches and 2 accent chairs. There is a beautiful mural of the Deerfield Beach pier at sunrise covering an entire wall, which is an amazing backdrop for photos of family and friends.
There is additional seating attached to the dining area. It includes a full-sized, fully functional 1980’s vintage arcade game with 60 separate games such as Ms. PacMan, Galaga, and Donkey Kong.
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. Full-sized ironing board and iron.
Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new, comfortable, and well protected with mattress encasement, and waterproof mattress protectors.
The private backyard has a lawn area with lawn games for your kids to enjoy. The backyard has seating, a dining area, and a deck lounge area with a propane fire pit. We also provide a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week.

There is one trash can and housemates are responsible to ensure that the trash is taken out and placed back during collection days.
