Designed with large groups in mind, this 2000 square-foot home offers plenty of space for 10 housemates, with four large bedrooms plus a queen air mattress for the living room.
All four bedrooms offer a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 12-inch thick memory foam mattress. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and blackout curtains, ensuring maximum comfort and quality sleep. housemates can unpack and make themselves at home, using the ample closet space to store clothes.

Our Oceanside home has two separate bathrooms. The main bathroom is well-lit and spacious, offering a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom and boasts a glass-fronted walk-in shower, ample counter space, and bright, modern decor.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you and your little ones will need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the large dining area; the solid wood dining table comfortably seats six. Additional seating is available on the patio.
The bright, airy lounge is the focal point of this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa complete with recliners, and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. Complimentary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime is included.

Grill out on the BBQ and enjoy some of the provided yard games in the private, fenced-in backyard. With the sectional sofa and 10-seater patio table, large groups can experience outdoor dining in the best of California’s beautiful weather. Everyone can gather around the fire pit for some s'mores and make good memories.
When heading to the beach, feel free to use the two bikes, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and toys provided for your convenience. There are several nearby attractions, including the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance.

housemate access
As a housemate, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard, garage, beach gear, and two bikes. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.
You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a ring camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times.

☀ Also with the little ones in mind, we provide an umbrella stroller, plates, cups, bowls and utensils, beach toys, and boogie boards.
☀ With the cool ocean breeze 365 days a year, it is very common for Southern California homes to not offer central AC. Since we are very close to the beach, the ocean breeze cools down the home. Each room is equipped with large windows and ceiling fans. We have a portable AC unit in the living room that can be used to cool down the home if you still feel the need for it. Two additional portable AC units are provided to be used amongst the bedrooms. When the sun is not out in the early mornings and evenings, you will find that the temperature drops significantly, and therefore AC is generally not needed.
☀ We want to be respectful of the neighbors at night. Our home uses a Minut decibel monitor located on the kitchen ceiling. If housemates are creating noise equivalent to 70 dB between 10PM and 10AM for an extended period of time, we will just ask that you turn down the noise during these quiet hours.
☀ We have one Ring security camera that is facing the front door entrance. It is located on the exterior of the home and does not face inside the property. Both of these security measures help us maintain the safety of the home, neighborhood and our housemates as well as ensure our rules are being followed.
