This home is only a few minute walk to the beach, offers a private neighborhood fishing dock and kayak launch, large private fenced in backyard and also centrally located near many dining options, convenient, grocery and pharmacy stores!
The space
This property is equipped with all the necessary things you will need. Outside there are two parking spots located in the front of the home that you can park during your stay.
Through the front door you enter into the spacious living room with the sofa and attached chaise. To the left of that is the dining area where you can enjoy all of your meals.
This open concept allows you to overlook the living room from the kitchen peninsula, offering extended counter top area that has valuable seating (4 bar stools) and storage space for the kitchen.
Just passed the kitchen you have all 3 rooms and the full bathroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer with a sliding door to tuck it out of sight when not in use.
The back of the home has 2 sliding glass doors that exit from the dining area and kitchen that allows you to step out to the outside patio and huge fenced backyard. There is a fire place towards the back of the yard.
Renters will have access to the entire home.
This home is in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, and many other attractions in the St. Pete Beach area.
- There is enough parking for 2 cars in the front of the home.
- There is also a free Taxi shuttle service called Free Bee. It is a free Shuttle service anywhere on St Pete Beach.
- Uber and Lyft both service this area as well.
- All rooms have smart tv's that you can download and watch everything from your favorite streaming services.
