Archer Studios is part of the City of San Jose's Vision North San Jose plan. The goal of the plan is to redevelop the innovation triangle through strategic land use planning that will help to foster sustained economic prosperity and a higher quality of life for the residents of San Jose. Charities Housing, in partnership with the City of San Jose Department of Housing, developed this collection of 42 apartments situated on 0.66 acre at the corner of Archer Street and Kerley Drive. The community is conveniently located along the North First Street VTA light rail corridor and is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants and the Rosemary Gardens Park. The building is designed in accordance with Green Building Guidelines and implements state of the art building technologies in an effort to promote energy efficiency and sustainability. Amenities include a lobby, laundry, offices, a 1,650 square foot community room and full kitchen. A garden courtyard is located on the second level in the southeast corner of the development.

Westwood Ambassador Apartments is the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 42-unit apartment complex in the City of Santa Clara. The development serves many low-income single parents and seniors. The development's rehabilitation work was finished 10% under budget and one month ahead of schedule. In order to establish a sense of community and receive critical inputs from the residents, Charities Housing organized the residents to re-design the common areas and held regular tenant meetings to receive inputs regarding the day-to-day operations of the complex. Supportive services such as counseling, case management and English as a second language are offered through Catholic Charities as necessary and appropriate.

The Veranda will be a 19-unit affordable senior citizen housing development, on a vacant .56 acre site, located at 19160 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino. The property’s intended residents will be seniors aged 62 or older. The Veranda is located directly across the street from Cupertino’s new Main Street Cupertino, with retail stores and restaurants. The apartments will be studio units that are approximately 350 square feet located in a three story building. All floors of the building will be serviced by an elevator. Each studio apartment will have a complete kitchen and ​ADA accessible bathroom​. ​ ​The sustainable, green building features ​will ​includ​e​ Energy Star appliances, low flow plumbing fixtures, and energy efficient lighting. All of the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd levels will have a private balcony and all of the ground floor units will have a ground floor patio. There will be a common laundry room, ​staff office, ​a public restroom and community lounge​. Additionally, there will be shared open space, with drought tolerant landscaping, for all residents and their guests to use which will include 3 separate patios on the east side of the building devoted to different types of activities; gardening, reading or dining and a citrus garden with fruit trees. There will be parking on site for the residents​, staff and visitors​.
