Take a step further and you'll find a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, boasting brand new stainless steel appliances and sparkling quartz countertops.
With plenty of cabinet space and an island with bar seating, you'll have everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or entertain guests. After dinner, retreat to your tranquil bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and another Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. And with a convenient washer/dryer combo right in your apartment, you'll never have to worry about laundry day again.
Outside your doorstep, you'll find yourself surrounded by some of Philly's most coveted boutiques and top-rated restaurants, just waiting to be explored. And when it's time to venture further, you're just a stone's throw away from major public transportation or a leisurely walk into the heart of the city.
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .
