Our scandi-boho designed 5 bedroom home is a perfect size for an extended family plus pet friendly. We sleep 12 people with year round 87° pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen plus fire pit located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is a 3 block walk from the Whitewater Park and River Greenbelt with world class surfing, paddle board tournaments, fishing, restaurants, wineries and walking trails. Enjoy fastest fiber wifi, 7 cruiser bikes and Boise while you unwind in a small piece of paradise!

The space
Visiting Boise? The GrandeVlla is perfect for a vacation, family visit or a work trip to Boise and well designed to host a corporate retreat, brand photo shoot, book club meeting or a company meet and greet. *OUR POOL AND HOT TUB ARE HEATED to 87 DEGREES AND OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! *

Your home is located just three short blocks from the Boise Whitewater Park and Greenbelt, which is famous for biking or walking along the Boise River to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Sit out on the patios of the wineries or restaurants along the path or check out more excitement watching them surf the waves at the Boise Whitewater Park. SUP or kayak on the lazy river in Esther Simplot Park just across the bridge. The GrandeVilla is only a short 25 minute bike ride to BSU!

Outdoors: Enjoy Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit and barbecue on the front deck or hang out in the backyard, including saltwater pool, hot tub, gas fire pit surrounded by patio seating and outdoor bar with 6 swings that is entirely fenced and private. And, your family pet will have his own fenced dog run at the end of the driveway. Plus, enjoy locally made s’mores from Creekside Mallow under the stars as one of our welcome treats and a complimentary bottle of wine from our favorite local Telaya Winery!!

Entryway: Your home has two entrances. Once inside the french doors, you will be in our entryway room of the front house that pays tribute to Boise attractions; featuring local guidebooks, a chalkboard listing guest's favorite spots and paddle board art welcoming you to the Boise Waterpark neighborhood. Plus, two cruiser bikes with helmets, night lights bike locks are stored in that room for guests to explore the many outdoor activities located on the Boise River Greenbelt. One more door and you pass through to the first open living area of the house, decorated in mid-modern style. Or, you can access your GrandeVilla through the black door at the end of the driveway flagstone pavers, which leads you to our open air concept second living space and kitchen.

The kitchens/dining rooms: Relax around the counter island with 4 tall stools so families can gather and chat in the front part of the GrandeVilla plus a table in the dining room seating 4. In the back portion of the GrandeVilla, you have a cooking island seating 4 with black wrought iron chairs plus dining table for 6. Both areas are fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic supplies and condiments, local coffee from Push and Pour and a selection of tea. We provide a coffee pot plus a gas oven in the back kitchen with the latest model of the Duxtop Induction burners, the gourmet chef’s preferred method of cooking and butcher block prep area with shelving for extra necessities in our front open area. Plus, a convection oven for those who like cooking at home. For those nights not eating out on the town, 2 microwaves, toasters, & Ninja blenders are also provided. Dishes for 15, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and placemats make it easy to eat at home. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. Both fridges come furnished with sparkling water, local coffee from Push and Pour and creamer plus basic spices are provided. And, let us make your stay even more memorable by discovering our selection of added conveniences locally sourced to enhance your stay at the Villa. Details provided with your confirmed reservation but you could arrive to a charcuterie board, pool party, pre-stocked fridge or have a flower bouquet delivered, which are just some of the add-on experiences we offer.

The front living room: Snug and cozy with a spacious feel, this room features a comfortable couch and a plush armchair for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring the Greenbelt. Hardwood flooring is softened with a jute-style rug and handy coffee table. A floor lamp provides overhead lighting options along with traditional ceiling lights. A 50-inch flat screen television to enjoy shows with your Netflix or Hulu subscription offers your evening entertainment. Several ottomans provide extra seating or grab a book off the bookshelf, curl up and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Heating/air conditioning is provided by a ductless heater. For all your electronic surfing needs, we offer 1 GB per sec. up/down fiber optic internet speed. Phone charger is located in the kitchen.

The back villa living room: This open concept room features a comfortable sectional couch and two plush leather armchairs for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring the Greenbelt. The flooring is architecturally designed cement and your eye is immediately drawn to the multiple glass doors leading out to our saltwater pool. The living room is flooded with light from the row of recessed lighting directly above the couch. A 58-inch flat screen television to enjoy shows with your Netflix or Hulu subscription offers your evening entertainment or many local channels via antenna. Heating/air conditioning is provided by central HVAC.

The front bathroom: Features standard sink with mirror and counter magnifying mirror plus long cupboard to store your essentials from home and welcoming green foliage plants in the window. Hair tools, including curling iron and hair dryer are included. This bathroom features a shower over the bath with a long linen cupboard to hold all the extra fluffy towels. And, over the toilet storage featuring items sometimes forgotten make the Grandevilla your home away from home.

Front Master bedroom: Quiet and inviting, the nicely sized master features a closet with hangers enough for all your outfits, and a tri-fold twin bed plus pack n play for your kids/grandkids. Two end tables, one with a sound machine/diffuser with provided essential oils and the other stylishly appointed with knickknacks are on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress king size bed. Piled high with pillows, it is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Reading lamps are on each bedside wall. Your bedroom includes a full-length mirror, luggage rack and bohemian jute chair to sink into and de-stress. A mid-modern dresser has enough drawers to keep your clothes together for longer stays. A ductless heater/air conditioner and earthy tones in the artwork and décor all add to a warm, welcoming atmosphere. White plantation blinds block out light for the perfect night's sleep.

Front Upstairs bedroom: Accessed by stairs with a railing, this charming loft-style bedroom features a Nectar memory foam queen mattress, multiple shelves, and a closet with hangers and storage plus storage bins containing kids’ books and toys to occupy your little ones. Plantation shades also provide darkness in the room for a great night's sleep. And, heating and air conditioning is provided through our ductless system. Bohemian style end tables are on each side of the bed and also feature a sound machine/diffuser with provided essential oils. As they curl up with the comfy throw and lean back into the stack of pillows, your little ones or friends traveling with you will wake up feeling rested and refreshed for their day of exploring the nearby Esther Simplot Park and Quinn's Pond or other area attractions.

Front Laundry: Off the back of the kitchen is our large laundry room featuring owner's closet plus cleaner's cabinet. A stackable washer/dryer is provided for laundry needs plus basic cleaning supplies including broom, dustpan, mop and snow shovel. An ironing board and iron are located in the pantry if you need to look nice for an event or get ready for work.

First floor of the back portion of the GrandeVilla: Here is your second living room and kitchen in an open concept style.

Back Kitchen: Glass slider doors lead to the patio just past the dining room table. Gas griddle stove, tall black kitchen cupboards and black hardware accent the mid modern style of the kitchen. You have a cooking island seating 4 with black wrought iron bar stools, plus dining table for 6. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, local coffee/tea and a coffee pot plus gas oven, microwave, toaster, & Ninja. Dishes for 10, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and placemats make it easy to eat at home. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. Your black refrigerator comes furnished with LaCroix water, and creamer for coffee and basic spices are provided. Coffee pot, microwave and juicer are provided. Directly behind the kitchen is your pantry, including a stackable washer and dryer and another exit to the back patio, where the cement eating bar with swing seating is ready for outdoor entertainment!

Your patio: Accessed through tall sliders off the dining room or to through door off the back of the Villa is the outdoor gas fire pit, just waiting for marshmallow roasting. The 10 foot x 24 foot pool is featured along the length of the patio with the hot tub at the far end. Our pool has a large shallow area for children to splash about safely and is just 4 feet in depth in other areas, plus heated to 87 degrees year round. After pool and hot tub time, rinse off in the outdoor shower, dry off and relax in the private hammock.

Master bedroom: Upstairs on the back end of the Villa and quiet and inviting, the nicely sized master features a closet with hangers enough for all your outfits, plus pack n play for your kids/grandkids. The boho themed room is styled with whites, blush and green accent colors and Scandinavian furniture. Two end tables, one with a sound machine/diffuser with locally sourced essential oils from Press n Still and the other stylishly appointed with knickknacks plus a phone charger are on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress California king size bed. Piled high with pillows, it is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Wall sconces for reading are on each side of the bed. Top down-bottom up shades block out the light for sleeping and allow you the opportunity to let in the morning sunshine!

Your bedroom walk-in closet includes a full-length mirror and luggage rack, along with a shelving system for hanging clothes and an exercise station featuring our Climbr machine, free weights, yoga mats and bands plus a cooling fan.

Master bath: This luxurious bathroom is appointed with walk-in shower with grey tile. White toilet and vanity with black hardware and grey marbled top completes the room with green accents adding a splash of color. And the heated floor tiles enhance the bathing experience! Plus, we feature skin care from the local brick and mortar store "Skin Owl" to try while you are staying at the villa with a custom discount code just for our guests if you would like to have some shipped home. Plus, all the hair tools, including curling iron and hair dryer from the T3 company.

Upstairs guest bedroom: Located at the front of the villa, this room is decorated in greens and grays and features a Nectar memory foam queen mattress, a closet with hangers and white top down/bottom up shades also provide darkness in the room for a great night's sleep. Plus, heating and air conditioning is provided through our ductless system. Bohemian style black end tables are on each side of the bed and also feature a sound machine/diffuser with provided essential oils. Two bedside lamp providing reading in bed options. This room hosts a luggage rack and mid modern dresser for those longer stays and a tri-fold floor mattress is in the closet for extra sleeping options. Relax in the cozy chair provided to finish that vacation book!

Bunk bed room: Directly at the top of the stairs, this third bedroom is furnished with a full size bunk on the bottom, featuring our Purple mattress, sheet set and pillow and also full size bed on top for another couple or four children. The vibe in this room is rust, caramel and white colors with black accents. This room features a fun fluffy chair for the kids and mid modern artwork, plus small storage chest with games.

Upstairs guest bathroom: This bathroom features a tub/shower with black accents and bohemian black fringe shower curtain. The vanity floats on the wall and the floor tile is a calming black pattern. Splashes of green accent throughout the room. Warm up with heated floor tiles!

The loft area upstairs is situated in between the bedrooms and has a comfy chair, fluffy rug and pouf for putting your feet up with side table plus floor lamp! Perfect for those that need a comfy place to sit and work while on vacation!

Other things to note
Our Grandevilla can be rented as two separate listings and you can see those on Airbnb as Boise Whitewater Cottage and Boise Whitewater Villa. We do use some of the same pictures to advertise all 3 properties.

Due to the coronavirus we are taking disinfection seriously, our cleaners are doing a top to bottom job and really focusing on disinfection of high touch areas, such as light switches, door handles, remotes, countertops, etc.

Please note you must reach out to us first to confirm availability due to us needing to manually check all dates requested before guests can book.

We are a quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our property's quiet hours are to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise are grounds for your reservation to be terminated without a refund.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. No audio or video recordings are made. We have a Ring doorbell on the front doors. If you have any questions, please ask. It is always on. No cameras are in the common areas.

In the summer season, our lawns are mowed once a week. We have routine exterior pest management once a month and our pool and hot tub are serviced once a week. Our technicians access the backyard through the side gate.
