Escape to Cascadia Dunes, now offering an early check-in of 1pm! Immerse yourself in our outdoor sanctuary, where we have a poolside cabana, BBQ grill, and an expansive swimming pool.
Inside, we have a fully equipped kitchen with stocked appliances and dishware. Stay connected with the high-speed internet, enabling you to work from our place. Unwind in our living room, featuring a large sectional and sleep well in our bedrooms, complete with blackout drapes and Smart TVs.

Experience complete freedom at the residence, backyard, and garage with a hassle-free, keyless entry system for self check-in.
Please note that certain areas, such as the detached workshop, are reserved for storage and management purposes and will not be accessible.
We kindly request that you be a considerate neighbor during your stay. Any noise complaints or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the occupant, and no refunds will be issued for evictions or violations.

4 cars maximum parking during your stay. Please refrain from parking on the street. 3 cars can fit in the drive way. You are also welcome to park in our garage.
Some furniture and layout may differ slightly from photos due to replacements over time.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am daily.
There are cameras located on the front, back, and sides of the exterior of the home for safety and security purposes. No cameras are located inside the home. Footage is only reviewed in the event of any incidents that would require hosts to review any footage.
We provide bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and hand soap. A supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent is also included.
Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee.
Washer & dryer are available for use and located in the garage.
Only the guests specified on the reservation are allowed during your stay.

Spa heating is available for an additional $50 per day and if requested will be charged for every day of your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day. Please let us know in advance if you’d like heating to allow ample time for the water to heat.
The pool cleaner visits twice a week and you will be notified if these visits will occur during your stay. Pool floats are changed based on condition and availability. Specific floats are not guaranteed.
No parties or events are allowed during your stay without prior written permission from the property owners.
There is no lifeguard on site and no safety fence around the pool. Guests understand their children(s) safety is their responsibility and should use proper care around all parts of the pool.
Please note, while the house is thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay, this area is known for desert bugs, occasional dust storms, and strong winds. While the windows act as a good filter, the dust may make it inside and collect on the furniture.
