Welcome to our newly renovated, beautifully designed 3-bedroom home in the heart of Fairmount. Nestled on a tree-lined street, this home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Philadelphia.
On the first floor, you will be greeted by the sun porch, a comfortable living area with unique herringbone hardwood floors and an exposed brick accent wall. The fully-equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, and a quartz countertop. The mudroom leads to the private backyard patio with seating where you can relax and unwind.
The second floor features three bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV. The naturally lit master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and sleek modern tile. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed, while Bedroom 3 has a full-sized bed and Smart TV. You can head to the basement for some entertainment with a game room that features Foosball and an arcade.
Located in the heart of Fairmount, our home boasts a Walking Score of 90, which means that you can park your car and enjoy the many restaurants, bars, and activities in the area. You can take a 5-minute walk to the famous Eastern State Penitentiary, or head to the Art Museum just 1 mile away.
For those who need to work remotely, we have two foldable desks and chairs that can be set up anywhere in the home.
Please note that while we have a Keurig, it is currently not working and we are in the process of replacing it.
We ask that you please treat our home with respect and be mindful of our neighbors. We are always available via call, message, or text message should you need any assistance during your stay.
Please note that trash day is on Monday and we ask that you please make sure all trash bags are in the bins and not left outside to avoid unwanted critters. Street parking is available and is not metered, but please check the street signs before you park.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .
-We provide our parking recommendations as a starting point for those who have not visited the city, but please know that unfortunately we can't guarantee a spot.
