Welcome to Casabela, a mix of modern boho and desert style decor with stunning views of Joshua Tree National Park.

We are a 3-min drive from downtown Twentynine Palms (restaurants, starbucks, bars, burgers, pizza, supermarket) and 10-min from JTNP north entrance.

Come and relax in this beautiful renovated home.

The space
Casabela means "Beautiful Home". We put a good amount of effort to make it very comfy with everything you might need to feel at home.

We have fast wifi and a dedicated office space in the master bedroom if you need to work.

There is a 55" 4K QLED Roku Smart TV that you can use with your own streaming service accounts. It will log you out of all the streaming services on your checkout date so you don't need to worry about it.

The fun part, our game room. We have a foosball table and Mortal Kombat arcade (with 12 extra games) in the garage. And if you haven't played with it yet, we have a HOOKs Ring Toss (Craggy Games) game there as well, use your imagination to set the rules for what happens when somebody lose and you can be playing it and laughing for hours.

You can relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful views of the Joshua Tree National Park mountains from our backyard.

- NO SMOKING in the property.
- NO PARTIES allowed.
- NO extra guests without prior consent from host.
- NO noise in the backyard or in the game room (garage) after 09pm.

Welcome to "Casabela Studio" a new remodeled 450 sqft guest suite and brand new bathroom with its own private entrance.

Kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker.

Beautiful outdoor dining area with fire pit, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub and sun loungers.

Less than 10 minutes to "The Village" in Westfield Topanga Center and 5 minutes to "The Commons" in Calabasas with lots of restaurants and bars.

Less than 30 minutes to Malibu Beach.

The space
This guest suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance.

The backyard and its amenities are the only shared space between the guests and us.

Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers.

This space is designed to fit up to 2 adults comfortably, we allow 2 extra guests for an additional fee. Guests need to be included in the reservation to be allowed in the property and use the amenities (policy will be enforced).

Due safety concerns with the pool access we are not able to accommodate toddlers and young children.

Guest access
Please use one spot for parking in the driveway. Street parking is available in front of the house as well.

Guests have full access to the backyard, BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, fire pit and loungers.

Guests have access to 5g WiFi throughout the guest house and outdoor areas.

There are no washer and dryer available to use.

Other things to note
* If you are interested in Pool heating, contact the host for fees.

* SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Please do not book this property if you smoke.

* No additional guests on the property at any time that are not included in the reservation.

* Our pool guy comes every Friday in the afternoon. If you are in the pool or hot tub please give him some space for a few minutes while he does his magic to keep everything sparkling clean for your enjoyment.

* We don't offer early check-in or late check-out.
