The space
This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and the closet is locked for owner use. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a nightstand, and a full closet with shelves and hangers. In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking with stools. There is a designated office space with a rolling chair. Also in the unit, there's a futon that can be unfolded and used as an extra bed, if needed. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap and shampoo. Your luggage and private items can be stored in the closet in the second bedroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and broom.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store across the street where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.
There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 72-75.
Close by retailers are: Publix, Aldi, CVS, Walgreens.
Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
