The space
Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the Loft you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.
Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold.
The living area is very comfortable, clean and it offers a workstation. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. Queen size bed and Roku TV. We offer a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle.
Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and kitchenette has no stove/oven, and no dishwasher.
There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 72-75.
Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
This is a private room in someone's home with independent access. Excessive noise won't be tolerated.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
