The space
Escape to your own oasis in this beautiful home! This space comes equipped to make your life enjoyable. There is WiFi, office space for remote work. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. King bed (2 single massage beds together) with a large dresser in master suite. Full closet with shelves and hangers. Queen bed in the second bedroom, with full closet and shelves and a Smart TV. Family room has a sleeper couch (single size) and it's own smart tv.
In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. Dining table for 4. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available.
The best part of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. A cabana house with built in BBQ grill, mini fridge, plenty of seating, outdoor shower, fire pit and lounge chairs.
There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.
Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
Other things to note
Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
