HOUSE DESCRIPTION
We are so pleased to be able to share with you a beautiful piece of elegance in the Las Vegas/ Henderson area with you for a long term stay. This is a beautifully decorated Townhome now available for long term rental (30+ nights). THE VIVA is fully furnished with high end furnishings and décor...just east of Las Vegas THE VIVA has easy access to everything the town has to offer, or you can stay home and enjoy the beauty! IF YOU ARE IN HEALTHCARE - ASK us for a special rate! The VIVA is split level upon the entrance. The living room is directly to the right of the entrance, with two large, overstuffed leather coaches and a large TV mounted on the wall. Flowing up stairs, there is a sitting room, open to below and expanding further into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all new appliances, flooring and counters. There is a television mounted to help prepare for the day with the local news, weather, and whatever memberships you have (SMARt TVs). Opposite the sitting area is a powder room, decorated with clean lines and all new features. The second story has two large bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, tubs, and showers along with extra large closets. The water pressure is wonderful and quite refreshing! The master has French doors which, when open, look out towards the hills of Henderson. Both rooms have high end foam mattresses (the master has a Cal King and the 2nd room has a queen), large 4K TV's and dressers. The laundry area is up by the bedrooms for easy washing! There is a small balcony off the kitchen. THE VIVA is yours to use. There is also a community pool and spa open in the summer months. Other things to note: The Townhouse is located in a wonderful area, just south of Eastern Ave., just east of Las Vegas in the quiet town of Henderson, Nevada. THE VIVA has easy access to everything the town has to offer, or you can stay home and enjoy the beautiful pool and spa at the Community Center. (open in summer months).
