Close to Torrance Memorial, Little Company of Mary and 20-30 Minutes from Long Beach, CA. Our Vista Pescina Room has a full size bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom in the hall. We are located in an amazing home, with a pool, spa, cabana with pizza oven, outdoor yoga space, strolls on the beach and kitchenette. This space is very special and unique. We have a second room, too.

The space
This is a beautiful home is a quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking and fresh air. There are two rooms for rent, both with their own bathrooms and a separate entrance. This listing is for the Vista Pescina Room with a queen size bed. There is a shared kitchenette. The space is also shared with two people and their sweet 10 lb poodle who reside downstairs (which is a private area). There is a desk, smart TV, closet and full size bed. Our WiFI is great!

We have a secondo room with a queen bed on a separate listing. Please look for it. Named Ocean View Room.

The home is a shared home. There is a housekeeper. Laundry can be done by the housekeeper for $25 a load. Linens and towels are provided. Sheets are washed on Weds and if you leave the towels out, they will be washed as well. If you need a beach towel, please let us know.

Please note - while the pool is amazing, but it is large and thus to heat it is $100 a day and we need a day just to start it. We can turn on the jacuzzi for you at $35 per use, but we ask that you give us notice to get it ready for you. The sauna is not open for you to use. The pizza oven is available for your use, but you will have to purchase a gas tank.

This is a self- catered home - meaning basic items are provided, but you should plan to bring your own shampoo, etc. We provide a starter set of paper plates, cups, coffee, and napkins, but you should plan on having to re-stock if you need them (a longer stay).

Housemate access
Access is via the kitchenette. The door to your room is also controlled by you with the app. The entrance is via the back stairs. The area is lit by solar lighting. There is parking on the street out front. We ask that you keep the gates closed for our dog's safety.

Other things to note
We allow for you to enjoy the outdoors: the pool area and the front porch.

We do not allow parties and ask if you want to have a guest join you for a bit - kindly ask us. We can heat the pool for you for $100 a day, paid in advance (and it needs a day to heat).

Please note: the downstairs is not shared, neither is the sauna. Please note: there are cameras in the outside and downstairs areas.

This is a NON SMOKING HOME and a home that cannot allow pets due to allergies.

By renting with us, you agree to the rental agreement under policies and will abide by said terms.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with huge trees and streams all around. We call it the BAMBOO SHACK. This wonderful home in North Austin is a great place for engineers, interns, students, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, families and travelers from around the world. The Bamboo Shack is a gateway to experience all of Austin, from the north with the tech campuses and the lake to the Domain and, of course, Downtown. There is a wonderful community pool and park 3 minutes from the house. The house is over 2,000 SF and has 5 bedrooms. We have a large open kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans and spices you will need to cook a fabulous meal. The space: Why should you stay with us? We furnished every bedroom with SMART TVs, desks and chairs, we don’t overcrowd the rooms, and we keep a professional environment so that you have a quiet place to work, read, relax, study, and enjoy. We have comfortable living room with seating and work space at the table, and a spacious backyard with patio furniture, a hammock and games. There are three bathrooms and a garage (converted to a fun zone). The laundry area is in the garage. The back yard is huge and we provide games to fully enjoy it (currently, cornhole and spike ball, and volleyball ). Great Kitchen: We pride ourselves in having the best cooking equipment: Blender, Keurig & Nespresso coffee maker, toaster oven, high quality pots and pans, and cutlery. We also have private shelf space and fridge space for your personal food items. We want you to eat well, enjoy cooking meals, sharing food, and making smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables. We love food! The Comfort: We strive to make your home as comfortable as possible. We invest in high quality mattresses, pillows, and sheets to ensure that you sleep well. Garage is converted to a fun room with Ping Pong and Darts. The space: Each bedroom is very peaceful with a BOHO vibe. We included touch on and off lights that can be dimmed, a fan, a large SMART TV and a desk for you to work. Most rooms have a lovely queen mattress, with extra gel padding to support you while you sleep and allow you to sleep comfortably. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds. The owner of the house resides quite close - If you ever need anything, he is there to help! We love our space, but it is a home. Please be respectful of the neighbors/ our friends and be kind to one another. We prohibit smoking of any kind (marijuana, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape, hookah) in the house, in the back yard, or in the court in front of the house. If you do smoke, we will ask you to walk around the block while you smoke and to dispose of the cigarette butts in the trash rather than on the ground. If you cause damage to an appliance or item belonging to the house, we will ask you to pay for the replacement.

The living room is directly to the right of the entrance, with two large, overstuffed leather coaches and a large TV mounted on the wall. Flowing up stairs, there is a sitting room, open to below and expanding further into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all new appliances, flooring and counters. There is a television mounted to help prepare for the day with the local news, weather, and whatever memberships you have (SMARt TVs). Opposite the sitting area is a powder room, decorated with clean lines and all new features. The second story has two large bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, tubs, and showers along with extra large closets. The water pressure is wonderful and quite refreshing! The master has French doors which, when open, look out towards the hills of Henderson. Both rooms have high end foam mattresses (the master has a Cal King and the 2nd room has a queen), large 4K TV's and dressers. The laundry area is up by the bedrooms for easy washing! There is a small balcony off the kitchen. THE VIVA is yours to use. There is also a community pool and spa open in the summer months. Other things to note: The Townhouse is located in a wonderful area, just south of Eastern Ave., just east of Las Vegas in the quiet town of Henderson, Nevada. THE VIVA has easy access to everything the town has to offer, or you can stay home and enjoy the beautiful pool and spa at the Community Center. (open in summer months). This Beautifully Furnished Villas is Available For Mid term or Long term, The Palazzo Paradiso is indeed a sight to behold. We hope that even the most discerning among you will OOH and AAH over all the little luxuries that await you at Palazzo Paradiso… This is especially true of the over-the-top master suite created by Johnny just before we had children (and then re-designed again and again!) … it features a private sitting area, an indulgent king-size bed, and a decadent bathroom with a multiple head steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. If you have not spent time in a steam shower … we highly recommend it! It is one of the things I miss the most! Those with you will feel equally pampered in the four elegant guest bedrooms: Three have queen-size beds (one of which is downstairs), and the fourth has twin beds, with the option to sleep an additional two children (or adults, if you want) on a trundle bed and a pull-out mattress. Our home is also unique because of its location. We’re minutes from the Strip, the airport, and Town Square retail center. The airport’s rental car facility is even within walking distance.
