The space
Welcome to our Lakefront home. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is nestled in the heart of Broward County, a mere hop skip and a jump from the airport, beaches, conference center, cruise port, The HardRock, HardRock Stadium, Supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 5 -15 minute drive or the Uber system is amazing!

The house has an open plan living room/kitchen/Dinning room plan leading out onto the backyard that has a view to die for. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies.
In the bedrooms, you’ll find queen size beds and plenty of closet space.
The bathroom has a full-sized bathtub and full length mirror.
A Pack n Play crib and highchair are available upon request.

In the living room, you will find a 55” tv and a sectional sofa.



Parking is limited to two cars

Swim on the lake at your own risk.

Fire pit may be used responsibly and always put out the fire before leaving.

The space
Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the Loft you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.

Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold.

The living area is very comfortable, clean and it offers a workstation. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. Queen size bed and Roku TV. We offer a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle.
Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and kitchenette has no stove/oven, and no dishwasher.

There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 72-75.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
