HOUSE DESCRIPTION
This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with huge trees and streams all around. We call it the BAMBOO SHACK. This wonderful home in North Austin is a great place for engineers, interns, students, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, families and travelers from around the world. The Bamboo Shack is a gateway to experience all of Austin, from the north with the tech campuses and the lake to the Domain and, of course, Downtown. There is a wonderful community pool and park 3 minutes from the house. The house is over 2,000 SF and has 5 bedrooms. We have a large open kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans and spices you will need to cook a fabulous meal. The space: Why should you stay with us? We furnished every bedroom with SMART TVs, desks and chairs, we don’t overcrowd the rooms, and we keep a professional environment so that you have a quiet place to work, read, relax, study, and enjoy. We have comfortable living room with seating and work space at the table, and a spacious backyard with patio furniture, a hammock and games. There are three bathrooms and a garage (converted to a fun zone). The laundry area is in the garage. The back yard is huge and we provide games to fully enjoy it (currently, cornhole and spike ball, and volleyball ). Great Kitchen: We pride ourselves in having the best cooking equipment: Blender, Keurig & Nespresso coffee maker, toaster oven, high quality pots and pans, and cutlery. We also have private shelf space and fridge space for your personal food items. We want you to eat well, enjoy cooking meals, sharing food, and making smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables. We love food! The Comfort: We strive to make your home as comfortable as possible. We invest in high quality mattresses, pillows, and sheets to ensure that you sleep well. Details: Fastest Wi-Fi available. Heating and Air Conditioning Washer/Dryer Fully Equipped Kitchen Living Room with TV and TV in all rooms Backyard with seating & Hammock. Garage is converted to a fun room with Ping Pong and Darts. The space: Each bedroom is very peaceful with a BOHO vibe. We included touch on and off lights that can be dimmed, a fan, a large SMART TV and a desk for you to work. Most rooms have a lovely queen mattress, with extra gel padding to support you while you sleep and allow you to sleep comfortably. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds. The owner of the house resides quite close - If you ever need anything, he is there to help! We love our space, but it is a home. Please be respectful of the neighbors/ our friends and be kind to one another. We prohibit smoking of any kind (marijuana, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape, hookah) in the house, in the back yard, or in the court in front of the house. If you do smoke, we will ask you to walk around the block while you smoke and to dispose of the cigarette butts in the trash rather than on the ground. If you cause damage to an appliance or item belonging to the house, we will ask you to pay for the replacement.
