This home comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable.
There is free WiFi, office space for remote work. There are 2 living room areas with comfortable furniture and Smart TVs (fire stick requires you to log in into your amazon account to access streaming apps).
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with King bed with a large dresser, en-suit bathroom, full closet with shelves and hangers. Comfortable loveseat, office space and desk chair.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed in the second bedroom, with dresser.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two full size beds and a closet with hangers and shelves.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom also has two full size beds, a closet with hangers and shelves and a dresser.
Family room has a large, comfortable living room set and it's own smart tv (fire stick requires you to log in into your amazon account to access streaming apps).
There is also another living area with comfortable sectional couch and Smart TV (fire stick requires you to log in into your amazon account to access streaming apps), so kids can have their own space to watch their shows too!
In the updated kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with bar high chairs. Dining table for 6.
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available via the DACK for a minimal rental fee.
The best part of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. The Pool and outdoor furniture is perfect to BBQ grill, plenty of seating, and lounge chairs.
There is central air conditioning, note: the A/C is set at between 68-78.
Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)
Other things to note
Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
