Marc Kulick - CEO As Founder and CEO of Vesta Capital and Vesta Realty, Marc is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the businesses including asset management, operations, and acquisitions. Prior to founding Vesta, Marc was the Vice President of Multifamily for an international property investment firm with over $2.0 billion in assets. Marc has in-depth experience at every level of the multifamily sector, building his knowledge by working in positions including Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Area Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President for a variety of real estate companies. Marc has received numerous accolades along the way for his achievements. Marc's focus is to identify multifamily investment opportunities that have strong in place cash flow, significant upside potential through value-add implementation and downside protection in the event of macroeconomic headwinds. He has been able to leverage his 12 years of relationships in the multifamily industry to create a pipeline of proprietary deal flow that meets his investment criteria.
