AVAILABLE For Monthly or Longterm Rental! Steps from the beach, quiet and beautiful rooms for rent in a house. Let this be your secret escape from crazy LA. Close to Torrance Memorial, Little Company of Mary and 20-30 Minutes from Long Beach, CA. Our Vista Pescina Room has a full size bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom in the hall. We are located in an amazing home, with a pool, spa, cabana with pizza oven, outdoor yoga space, strolls on the beach and kitchenette. This space is very special and unique. We have a second room, too.

The space
This is a beautiful home is a quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking and fresh air. There are two rooms for rent, both with their own bathrooms and a separate entrance. This listing is for the Vista Pescina Room with a queen size bed. There is a shared kitchenette. The space is also shared with two people and their sweet 10 lb poodle who reside downstairs (which is a private area). There is a desk, smart TV, closet and full size bed. Our WiFI is great!

We have a secondo room with a queen bed on a separate listing. Please look for it. Named Ocean View Room.

The home is a shared home. There is a housekeeper. Laundry can be done by the housekeeper for $25 a load. Linens and towels are provided. Sheets are washed on Weds and if you leave the towels out, they will be washed as well. If you need a beach towel, please let us know.

Please note - while the pool is amazing, but it is large and thus to heat it is $100 a day and we need a day just to start it. We can turn on the jacuzzi for you at $35 per use, but we ask that you give us notice to get it ready for you. The sauna is not open for you to use. The pizza oven is available for your use, but you will have to purchase a gas tank.

This is a self- catered home - meaning basic items are provided, but you should plan to bring your own shampoo, etc. We provide a starter set of paper plates, cups, coffee, and napkins, but you should plan on having to re-stock if you need them (a longer stay).

Housemate access
Access is via the kitchenette. The door to your room is also controlled by you with the app. The entrance is via the back stairs. The area is lit by solar lighting. There is parking on the street out front. We ask that you keep the gates closed for our dog's safety.

Other things to note
We allow for you to enjoy the outdoors: the pool area and the front porch.

We do not allow parties and ask if you want to have a guest join you for a bit - kindly ask us. We can heat the pool for you for $100 a day, paid in advance (and it needs a day to heat).

Please note: the downstairs is not shared, neither is the sauna. Please note: there are cameras in the outside and downstairs areas.

This is a NON SMOKING HOME and a home that cannot allow pets due to allergies.

By renting with us, you agree to the rental agreement under policies and will abide by said terms.
